With the exception of a few dedicated space plans, all other pricing plans only require a month-to-month commitment.
All Members are required to give a notice period of a Month and it needs to be given at the beginning of the month that they want to move out in. E.g in case you are moving out at the end of June, then Desq Worx requires you to give the notice at the Start of June.
The Pantries in all our offices are fitted with Vending Machines to dispense tea and coffee; some of the Locations even offer Soup and Lemon Tea. All these beverages are free of charge for our members. Though some of our locations also offer paid cafeteria services in addition to paid vending machines – if you buy something in these areas, they are charged separately and need to be settled directly.
Our Network is designed to give you a speed of up to 10 megabits per second without any restrictions on data transfer. In case your business requires a higher speed, a dedicated IP address or a specific provider, we encourage you to talk to our Community Managers who will align our IT team to help you get this done.
No. The prices mentioned on our website or quoted by any of our team members are exclusive of the government taxes and levies. All taxes need to be paid additionally. Currently in India, the Government Levies a Goods & Service Tax (GST) which is charged at 18% of the quoted price.
Yes, you can use the Desq Worx Address (For the Location you are a Member of) on your Visiting Cards and Letter Heads. While we do not charge for this service, you recommend that you inform your community manager of the same.
We also offer Registration Services, Mail Handling and other such services to our members. Please feel free to talk to our Community Team to know more on this.
Yes, it is possible. However, there may be some extra charges involved in the same.
Some of our locations offer a Full Sized Data Centre and a Server Room to store your Servers – so yes, it’s possible at these sites, and comes at a charge that our community managers can discuss with you.
Each of our plans includes the Conference Room usage hours. You are more than welcome to invite your friends or colleagues for a meeting in the conference room as long as you do not over use your hours. Desq Worx also offers Meeting Areas / Breakout Areas and other Lounging Areas across the Facility where you can invite your friends and meet with them in these areas.
In case any of your friends or colleagues want to work at a Desq Worx location, please speak to our community manager for a Day Pass.
We do not charge any security deposits or commitments for the weekly and monthly memberships. However, for a long-term membership, Desq Worx charges a Security Deposit of 2 Months. The Security Deposit is non-interest bearing and is held at Desq Worx till the end of your term. In case you choose to cancel your plan – Desq Worx refunds the Security Deposit after adjusting any outstanding amounts due from you within 1 week of the cancellation of your membership.
No, we truly offer a on a month-to-month renewal without any lock-in. However, certain areas that are dedicated or custom built may come with a different agreement and needs to be discussed with our community team.
